We are up to date with the latest industry drives and regulatory frameworks. EBVS - European Business Valuation Standards, for instance, which was recently published and aims to provide guidelines in terms of the evaluation methodology and the format of the evaluation report made.

 

It is intended to standardize the professionals who carry out assessments of companies and businesses with regard to the methods adopted and also in the contents of the assessment report.
